The Black Sheep is 700 meters from Skyline Gondola and Luge. It is a 5-minute walk from the town center, and 1.6 km from Shotover River. Queenstown Airport is 6 km away. Parking is limited. Free street parking is available from 6 PM to 8 AM.

Laundry is available but only operates from 5 PM to 11 PM. The shared lounge and TV area are open until midnight.
